And if I’m honest, I’ve been feeling it too - my heart has been heavy for most of 2026.
I’ve had to make a conscious effort to remind myself of the good that still exists in the world (and you are absolutely on that list). Thankfully, there is still so much of it.
I’m deeply grateful for the people who are shining their light brighter than ever.
Nine years ago, when I moved from the UK to San Francisco, I felt a visceral pull to use my medical training and clinical experience to share a different approach to health, one that focuses on root causes instead of band-aids.
I’ve built my platform around making health feel less overwhelming.
Less noise and baseless trends. More science and clarity.
And lately, trying to decide what should be “free” versus “paid” has started to feel impossible.
More importantly, I don’t feel comfortable knowing that these decisions could stand in the way of someone who genuinely wants to improve their health, especially during a season when life already feels so heavy.
