Is there a certain amount needed to reap benefits? I have been putting about 1/3 c in my smoothies daily.

Hi Antonia, it's quite hard to quantify because the sulforaphane content in sprouts can vary depending on the seed type and growing conditions. For a healthy individual looking for prevention, I still would rather eat broccoli sprouts than to pop supplements every day - I feel like our bodies recognise and know what to do with food.... whereas mega doses of supplements may not actually be beneficial - but might be necessary if using it to treat conditions... hope that helps!

Thank you. Yes I always prefer foods first. And feel like I’ve noticed a difference with the amount I’m eating daily.

I know everyone is different, but how much do you eat daily?
