Do you have any input on the value of using HRT at all?

Yes. My PCP ordered that for me. The current guideline suggests it only be done at age 65. But I have a family history of osteoporosis, plus my BMI is on the low side - both risk factors. And it did show thinning, so I’m glad I did it when I did so I can work on building back up.

I noticed that you took off Vivo Life protein from your shop. I’ve been emailing them myself directly and I’m trying to ask them about their proposition 65 compliance and they keep directing me to their product pages that has their test results. How do those test results differ from the Ora Organic protein powder test results? I don’t know how to read those facts sheets to determine which one is compliant with prop 65.

This is one of the reasons I stopped working with them to be honest… They were great 7 years ago but then in the last few years, I don’t know if there’s been a change in management but I could not get my questions answered and emails went unanswered so I looked for a similar company who IS transparent and found Ora.

I had a question about the DEXA you did. Was that something you requested from your primary doctor to arrange? What is the process to have one done?
